John N. Wall is an artist and educator engaged in documentary and fine art photography. He lives in Raleigh, NC.

His work is in private collections across the country as well as in the permanent collections of the Gregg Museum of Art and Design at NC State University and the International Cultural Center at Texas Tech University.

He has exhibited work in solo and group shows throughout North Carolina and across the USA, including Vermont, New York, Florida, Texas, and California. He has won numerous awards, including First Place and Best in Show for black and white photography.

He received his Certificate in Documentary Photography from the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University in 2007.

In 2004 and again in 2007, he received Emerging Artists Grants from the United Arts Council of Wake County.
